Improvements

Fixes 

5721Corrected an issue in the Sync Enrollment Dates to ECI process where the task would update an account with dates from the incorrect commodity for that same account.
5819Adjusted validation so it is possible to change autopay payment methods despite prior enrollment's old payment methods.
5760Fix for Check Start Date background process so that only accounts that are updated to Accepted have their ESG tokens refreshed.
5827Re added Error description columns to Sales Importer Excel Export.
5834Corrected several error messages in Retention and Winback Queue after last Release.
5835Enrollments API: Fixed an issue when attempting to retrieve data through the utilities endpoint.

Features & Fixes Details

Set of Improvements for Global Price Changes​

  • Plan ID and Change ID columns in the Excel template are now highlighted in red.

  • Color adjustment for remaining columns of the file.

  • Removed the “Default Pricing Plan Description” text column, since the actual default plan will be defined based on the New Default Plan ID column. This column will retrieve the text.

  • Added a link to download the previously imported price file, just as the Sales Importer Template or Legacy Importer. This link button can be found in the Global Price History screen or the Edit Mode view.

  • UI Improvements for the Global Price History screen: Merged some grid columns, added detail of Default Price Plan update.

  • Added a status label on top of the screen, to have more detail on the background service task that takes care of updating the rate:
